“So the lag bolts that come with the mount don’t actually fit into the pre drilled holes on the two sides and the middle. Had to use a smaller bolt. Why would you supply a bolt size that can’t even be used??”

Hi there, Hmm, this is odd. The provided lag bolts which are 5⁄16 in. x 2 ¾ in should work with this mount, that is why they are provided with this mount. I'm wondering if your mount's predrilled holes are off or the wrong size lag bolt was accidentally put in the box. Can you confirm that the provided lag bolt was the 5⁄16 in. x 2 ¾ in?
