• Hi RamBlair1149, This mount should be compatible with your specific TV. It does have level, height, and tilt adjustments. See pages 19 and 20 of the instruction manual (link is below). • Good day. I purchased it for the install of me new 86" LG 4K tv. And it worked out great, has all of the features very east to put up and yes leveling features are on here to level out the TV as well. Thanks Chris

• You can level with an included Allen wrench that reaches behind the TV after mounting. Likely universally able to adapt to any larger TV. Mine is a 75 inch Sony.
