• Yes I had the same issue. They recommend the 6 wall bolts ,middle and both sides. Read the instructions for wide TV mounting.

• Yes it can. I just installed this for my 85” a couple weeks ago. The tv is fairly heavy and I unfortunately needed to use 48” between studs to make sure my tv was centered in the room properly. It has held up great so far. Make sure your tv weight can be supported though.
