“I bought the TCL 75S425. The TV instructions say to use M6 25MM bolts. The closest bolts in the mount hardware are M6 35MM. Do I need to buy M6 25MM? Or will bolts provided with mount work?”

Hardware kit does come with spacers, so you might be OK. Need to physically it to be sure. Otherwise a quick trip to the hardware store will solve your issue.
