“I have an older wall mount for my tv. Will it work for the new thinner tvs”

Hi Dave, This mount works with TVs with VESA mounting patterns from 50 x 25 through 725 x 400. As long as a new TV's mounting pattern fits within that range, it will work with your current mount. When you purchase a new TV, you can run the model through the SANUS MountFinder tool to make sure the mount is a fit for the new TV. - Katie @ SANUS
