Yes we have a 75" Sony TV and can reach all of the inputs and out[puts when the latch is disconnected allowing the TV to hinge out out the bottom approximately 2.5" to access cable connections.

Are you referring to whether this will tilt whether the mount is inside or out? Then no, this mount does not tilt at all. The pull strings simply allow you to place the TV a couple more inches off the wall to adjust your cords, then you need to place the bottom of the mount back on the wall, meaning you cannot tilt it from there.
