• Not unless you have a super tiny cable box it is a slim fit mount meaning it is too close to the wall to be able to do much of any adjustment to the tv enough to add items behind it

• Not unless the wall has a recessed area like a versa box. This mount holds the TV very tightly to the wall.

• Hello, With spacers you might be able to fit a cable box behind the TV. This currently is just .67" from the wall. If you are looking for more space behind your TV, you might want to try out our BLF full motion series of mounts! Kathryn @SANUS
