22"W x 16" Deep. Not sure of exact weight, but it is solid steel. Our TV is 50" and is completely steady. It was heavier than I expected.

I don’t know the size but it is heavy!

Not sure on the actual weight but its heavy and vey stable, easilly supporting my 60 inch TV.
