• I had Geek Squad in stall so I'm not sure but I did move stand on my book case and it did not mark the top of the case.

• Hello, Yes this stand comes with Anti-Slip Pads that work on all surfaces and is a substantial improvement over the stands that are traditionally included with TVs. Thanks, Nate @ SANUS
