• Hi Scotty, Yes these speakers is on special pads that are located on the top plate to stay secure. Kathryn @SANUS

• Correct. Each stand come with 4 small isolation pads for each corner of the plate. Allows for 2 screws from below, not necessary with my 16 lb Revel M105s as they sit solidly.
