No. This particular mount only allows the TV to move in a horizontal plane from side to side. It allows for pulling the TV away from the wall so that the TV can be angled (tilted) and pivoted at the center axis of the mounting arm to allow for viewing from various positions within the room.

It can be tilted but not up and down
