The wall mount now comes with the extenders, I used on my new 32" Samsung . If you don't have the extenders, maybe you can contact the manufacturer and get them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a similar situation, and was puzzled for a minute. All new TV's (and computer monitors) have a standard 4-bolt pattern, so what's up? The answer is that there are 2 extension arms included with the kit! I think if you mount them first, you'll be see how it all fits together. NOTE: the instructions don't tell you this. Nonetheless, it's a good kit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If your mounting bolts on your tv are further apart then that means that your tv is much larger than what the manufacturer recommends. I would not mount any tv larger then what is recommended. 39 inch and below only. If you fabricate a mount and it fails you could be out a nice tv.

All TVs are different, so we recommend using our MountFinder tool for perfect compatibility: http://www.sanus.com/en_US/mountfinder/ The SANUS MountFinder is the perfect way to determine exactly which TV wall mount will work for your TV. Unfortunately, we do not have a way to "adapt" a mount that is not compatible. Thanks again, Michael with the SANUS Care Team
