• Yes. This would be possible as long as what you are mounting to it is completely secured.

• Based on my review of the bracket design and it's intended structural support configuration of the mount and how the wall arm is constructed, I do not believe you could get the arm sections tied down/secured enough for them to support the weight of a mid-sized TV. There would be to much moment applied around the hinges form the TV weight. IMHO, I would not recommend using this mount this way.

• TV once mounted can move in 360 degree rotation as well as well at tilt up and down.
