• Yes. It has a couple of stud options. Also provided is a perforated cut out of the mount with holes where possible studs may be located. Definitely recommend using a stud finder.

• The mount has slotted cut outs that give you at least 2 inches for each bolt hole. Two on the top and two on the bottom. You might have to have help holding up the bracket to mount it to the wall because of not being able to use the easy mount feature for the 16 inch on center it is sent for. but I know it will work.
