“My unit is going in a wall that is sheet rock and then maybe furring strips and concrete wall which is maybe half an 1/2 inch to 3/4-can I use this kit or is there something else that’s recommend it because of space”

The WMC801 and similar products are designed to fit walls constructed of a minimum of 2" x 3" studs and 1/2" inch drywall. We don't have a product recommendation for your specific construction. Thank you
