• Honestly i would just paint over them. They are white and if your painting your walls white then paint over. Theres no moving them once you put them on.

• Hmmm. Good question. Use a paint that has both primer and paint together. I'd paint after cutter to size before hanging if your not good at painting perfectly steady to prevent getting paint on wall.

• I painted prior to attaching. Did not primer, I put two coats on.

• We recommend painting after installing. If you are using a paint other than a latex-based pant, then we recommend using a primer.

• I would definitely paint after installing the item. If you use paint with primer, it will cover in one or two quick coats.
