• This product is made of PVC and should not be installed where it will be directly exposed to a fireplace, or source of high heat.

• Our wire cover was bought to match the wall and to conceal the wires. If the fireplace is any color other than neutral, it will show against the fireplace. However, it does make the wiring neat and covered in an organized way.

• I wouldn't run it up the front of a fireplace. Maybe around the side.
