Hi George, This mount will definitely tilt for you to eliminate glare, it is one of the great features of this mount! It does not physically move vertically however. If you are wondering about this so you have some play when installing, check out our HeightFinder and we can tell you exactly where to drill holes to ensure the perfect height.
