Hello, Great question! The SANUS Premium Series Fixed-Position TV Wall Mount does include lateral shift adjustment, allowing you to slide the TV left or right on the wall plate after installation. The exact distance your TV can move will depend on the width of your TV’s VESA pattern (the spacing of the mounting holes on the back of the TV). The wall plate itself is about 27" wide, so smaller VESA patterns allow for a wider range of side-to-side movement, while wider VESA patterns reduce that range.
