There’s a tool that came with it... look alike a big L .....read the manual....it needs to locked or tide up after you level the tv to lock in place...in case you didnt do a good job leveling you can adjusted afterwards and make level..its probably lose...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same mount and had the same issue. I’m not exactly sure how i fixed it. All i did was lift the right side a few times until it caught on the mount and was level. Pull the tabs to release bottom from mount and keep repositioning. It takes a lot of patience! LOL maybe geek squad has a better answer. They installed it
