It has the brackets for the soundbar. That is what the rods with the circles on the bottom are for. They also move so you can either place the sound bar against the tv or move it down a few inches. I got the tilting wall mount. You can push your tv close to the wall or tilt it so you can access the plug ins on the back. A fixed mount has no room at all and you would probably have to remove you tv from the wall to access them if you ever want to add a unit to your tv. The one I got is below. I have a 65" Samsung Q8 series so I got a good wall mount.
