A:AnswerMy experience was the same and extremely very frustrating. The only way I could safely deal with this was have a second person release the latches and swing the bottom off the TV out while making sure the top brackets’ hooks were still hanging from the top of the mount. (It is very important that the other person puts downward pressure on the TV while swinging it out or else the brackets will likely pop off the mount and dropping your TV!
Once it the TV was swung out a bit and held in place by my helper I had a little more room to make the connections from the cables I had previously snaked through the wall. It was still difficult but at least it wasn’t impossible. Good luck!
PS: before you attach the cables, make sure the TV is level. since it is virtually impossible to reach the leveling hex screws once the TV is mounted, you will need to do some trial and error with a level and you will need to remove the TV from the wall to adjust those screws. Therefore it will require you removing the TV and remounted it several times before it’s correct. (This was the worst part of this mount IMHO.)
A:AnswerIf your TV has a 100x100mm-600x400mm VESA pattern it should work. Below is a link to our online instruction manual.

A:AnswerAre the screws too long? If so use a spacer or two to get it to the right length. If you have additional questions please give us a shout at [email protected] or at 1-800-359-5520, and we'd be happy to help walk you through this install process here.

A:AnswerIt is 30” wide. I see what you mean...may not be able to center it on your wall. The only thing I can add is that the TV can slide down the plate so you might be able to make an adjustment that way. It will depend on how far apart the screw holes are for your TV. Mine were something like 26-28’ so I’didn’t have much room to slide for adjustment. This was an old plasma TV. You might have closer holes if newer TV. Good luck!
