Hi, To remove the TV you follow the steps below. These are outlined in the instructions as well. 1. Disconnect all cables from the TV 2. Remove the cable holder and securement screw 3. Pull down on the Release ring to release the TV 4. Carefully lift the TV from wall plate/arm assembly. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS
