Hey Rickey, Follow the below steps to remove the TV. Then just unscrew the brackets from your TV and put them on your new TV. 1. Disconnect all cables from the TV. 2. Remove the cable holder and securement screw 3. Pull down on the Release ring to release the TV. 4. Carefully lift the TV from the wall plate/arm assembly. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS
