“Bought SANUS BLF213 and 65" Samsung Q60R, from Best Buy. They installed these yesterday, & demonstrated SLIGHT tilts of the SANUS. Later, I PULLED the TV forward, to tilt it towards my kitchen. NOW, IT'S FROZEN INTO PLACE!! CANNOT get it to retract. HELP!”

My mount pulled into the wall the slightest bit when the bolts were fully tightened. This caused extra drag on the movement of the slider. You should just need some gentle persuasion to get it to slide enough that it doesn't have so much friction.
