Unfortunately this particular Panasonic has an unusually wide hole pattern on the back of the TV - especially for a 42" TV. It spans out to 660mm wide x 320mm high. Our maximum width on this product is 600mm wide on this product, so it is not compatible. Are you specifically looking for a stand to set on a piece of furniture?
