“Can I mount this on drywall if studs are not aligned? Does it come with drywall screw parts?”

Hi Scrooge, This mount does not come with the snag toggles you would need to mount to drywall. It is recommended that if you do plan on mounting to drywall that you at least have the mount screwed into one stud. The instruction manual walks through the recommended steps.
