1. This bracket is not a fully articulating bracket, so it doesn't have swivel, just tilt. I didn't need the swivel as the room it's in is only 12 X 12 2. Yes, it has everything you need to attach to the wall AND attach the Samsung 55 to it. I have the Samsung 55 inch UHD with a curved screen, and it works great!
