No, this is just for the ARC soundbar, not the TV.. it attaches to the TV, but you still need a TV mount.

Hey NYCgirl, Thanks for the question. This mount is made just for the sonos arc. This mount attaches to the bottom of your TV mount. So to answer your question no you will not be able to mount your TV and the Sonos ARC to this one mount. You will need a TV mount and this mount to mount them both. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS
