Why do stands have cables if speakers are witeless null

To run the power cable from the speaker down through the hollow tube to the floor invisibly so you can plug your speakers into a power outlet

The stands don't actually have wires themselves, but the power cord for the Sonos speaker runs through it to keep it nice and clean. Great product, easy assembly.

The speakers audio is wireless, but they still require a plug to power the speaker.

Good Day, This must be a question for SONOS. You still need to plug the speakers in, but connecting them is wireless. Thanks! Jake @ SANUS
