Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Great question....No, the speakers will not fall off. They are very securely mounted to the stand. It’s actually more likely that the entire stand will tip over than to ever have an issue with the speakers becoming dislodged from the stand....that’s not to say the stands are wobbly or tipsy, just illustrating there should be no concern.

Please try again later.So I gave mine set up on a hard wood floor with the One SLs the stands are substantial and solid and they come with rubber feet for hard surfaces and spikes for carpet. Having said that the One SLs don’t actually screws into the mount, I think the older Ones and some other models do screw in. So I guess it all depend on rambunctious your four year old is. I think they would take a glancing blow and be fine but if he’s determined he can take them down! Good luck!
