Hello, As long as your speakers are under the 35lb weight limit, you should be good to get these on the 8.5"x8.5" top plate that comes with these stands. If you have any other questions, please give our customer care team a call at 800-359-5520. Thanks! Kathryn @SANUS
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I currently have a pair of ELAC Debut B6 mounted with blu-tack adhesive. These stands are very strong and durable. Easy to assemble. Have ceramic floor tile and the rubber pads that attach to the corners of the bases do a good job of dampening and isolating. The top speaker base is about 1/8" wider than my speakers but they still look pretty darn good. I would omit installing the black plastic wire guides...they each mount between the rear upright tube and upper and lower base and guide the speaker wire along the rear upright tube. These speaker wire guides will cause the top (speaker) plate tilt forward (enough to notice that the speaker is not level). I removed mine and used black zip-ties to secure the wires. At 24 inches these stands are very sturdy and heavy for their size, recommend using Blue-tack adhesive on the bottom of your speakers. Not kid tested.
