The VMPL50a includes anchors that will allow you to mount your TV into concrete walls.

You will have to drill holes in the masonry, hammer in the inserts and then you can screw the bracket into the wall. You might have to buy a masonry bit to drill the holes if it doesn't come with them. Any hardware store should have these. Make sure you get ones that will hold the weight of the TV, 50" to 65" inch I would use 4 1/2" anchors.
