• Yes, it has 96w USB-C charging. This was verified on my Mac by looking at the OS-level Power Supply details in System Report.

• Yes it has integrated charging. It has a 96 watt power brick to power the dock and a Thunderbolt 4 pass through connection in the front for your computer. It supplies up to 90 watts to charge your computer.
