Yeah it doesn't reveal that the game isn't included but, that's why it's 9.99 and if it's with the game the price would have been differently

Please try again later.Same exact scenario, ordered an XBOX and they made it sound like I’m getting 2 free games with my purchase and one of them they didn’t ship, I had to physically go to the store to pick it up. My kids had been playing other games so they sat wrapped in the plastic for a couple months but when they opened them, Battlefield 2042 and Back4Blood were completely empty. Ridiculous! What a scam!

You can check online and sign into Best Buy account click on your account(Name) and scroll down to digital library. You might have a digital game download there. Hope that helped.
