“Hello - read a response from a customer who said that if you use the app, you cannot use the keypad. Is this still the case? Another user stated you can send out 1x access for certain users. Is this not possible if you're using the app?”

You use the app to create multiple user codes, which can be changed and even set to expire, or only become active at certain times ( cleaners come once a week same time). The keypad is used in conjunction with the app. Punch the code to enter the door. The other reviewer may be referencing programming the keypad from the keypad itself which in my opinion defeats its functionality.

Please try again later.I use both the app and the actual keypad in this way: Daily i lock and lock by using the actual keypad on the door but when i bring someone in with me and i don't want them to see what code i am typing i use the phone to lock and unlock. Both work great. Mi also assign codes to friends and family for access so i know who came in when.
