• Yes! I fit has changed it is fully compatible! All bikes are now.

• No! Only Freemotion, NordicTrack, and ProForm work with iFit. Pretty much every other app works with this bike. If you want iFit, and there's no reason not to, from my experience with the app, you're better off getting the ProForm Studio Bike Limited free with your purchase of 3 years worth of iFit.
