• A non-MagSafe compatible phone would require the use of a MagSafe compatible case or the use of the included MagicPlate which can be applied to the outside of your phone's protective case using the included template. • I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max that is MagSafe. With your otter box you could attach a metal plate and then it should attach. The device is magnetic and a QI charger.
