“How thick can your device be in order for the holding brackets on this to fully cover the sides of your device? Also how do you spread the brackets apart & tighten them when you attach & remove your device?”

I use an s22 ultra, so it should hold most phones. You release the arms with a button on the back, and you pinch it together to tighten it onto the device.

There are buttons at the base of the mount which open up the mechanical support arms. Use your fingers to close the support arms over your mobile device.
