Does the suction cup have sticky adhesive? I need to use this is different vehicles, so it will be removed from vehicle frequently. Will it work and do I have to use the adhesive? null

No, there is no adhesive. I used a little moisture on the suction cup before pressing it onto the windshield, then used the built-in mechanism to secure it with suction. Easily removable and transferable.

No it doesn't. I also change vehicles frequently and had a lot of trouble with a different brand that did have either adhesive or a foam suction cup that after a while made an incredible mess. I would only use the Best Buy brand for this item forever.

No it is not a sticky adhesive. I take mine off and put it back on frequently so I think this would be a good buy
