No you cant, only works if it’s digital version

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's one of the cons to buying disc versions. Need to have the digital copy of a game in order to take advantage of the Xbox Anywhere program. Meaning purchase digitally through the Xbox Store or Through Best Buy and you can use on both PC and Xbox. Buy only the disc and it can only be used on the Xbox. You can alternatively stream the game to your PC utilizing the xbox app on Windows 10 computers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe that if you want to play on PC, you need to get the digital download code which lets you play either on XBOX or PC. The disc, is for xbox only. No gamersclub discount on the card/code though, as far as I know. (I had the same dilemma).
