• Are you running at leat 4 gig RAM now, upgradeable to 8 gig, quad core CPU1.2 Ghz or higher, at least win 8. A Dual core, windows 7 will not work. Don't forget, use a dual fan external chill-pad. Best buy has then on sale for $20.00 plus tax on their web site. Hope this helps.

• If your machine is a laptop and has a SATA drive, then yes it will.
