• This should fit your laptop just fine. All laptop drives are 2.5", but the the thickness varies by model. Your current drive is 12 mm thick which is thicker than mostly all drives available today. So in short, you should be good with any 2.5" HDD you chose.

• Yes it will fit, If you get any internal laptop hdd that is 2.5", you shouldnt have any issues.

• I installed this drive in an Intel NUC where space is at a premium. Drive dimensions are pretty standard, so I think it will work in just about any laptop. Only critical dimension to check is the thickness, but again, this drive fit into a NUC!

• 3.5 inch drives only fit desktops 2.5 will work in desktop or laptops Both use the same power and data cable so there isn't going to be any issues with connection
