Take call of duty for instance it was about 91gb when it first released and has had a few updates already such increased the file size to will over 100gb now.

It starts out with 980 GB available for downloads, so if you wanted to get a good idea of how many I would just go to into either game pass or the Microsoft store and see the size of the games you like to play then that should give you a good estimate.
