Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The spindle speed on the Seagate 4TB drive is 5900 RPM. Large capacity platter drives typically operate at slower spindle speeds. WD Green/Blue/Red drives in this capacity are at 5400 RPM. You would have to spend the money to get a WD Black drive to get a 4TB drive operating at 7200 RPM.
