Flash drive technology has evolved quite efficiently lately. Yes. Any operating system can be put on a brand new hard drive with a flash drive. You will have to use another computer, however, to download the Windows Media Tool from Microsoft to make your flash drive. You will not need an activation key until after you install Windows to the hard drive. I do recommend Linux, like the previous user, however, it requires a learning curve.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You would be much better off I think to Run Linux Mint or Pop_os they both come with LibreOffice all free! If you can set your computer to boot from a usb setup to install win 10 then yes.
