Usually when talking about RAID, you should be referring to multiple drives. I'm not positive if you can segment this single drive like that, though I'm sure it could be done, but I would really recommend against doing this since RAID protects against devices failing and if both mirrors are on the same drive you don't have any redundancy and you are only loosing capacity.
