Hello Castiel, The Seagate Game Drive for XBox comes with 1 year manufacturer's warranty counted from the date of purchase, but we only exchange defective products as described in out Warranty Policy: https://www.seagate.com/support/warranty-and-replacements/limited-consumer-warranty/ For returns( refund) you need to contact the place of purchase.
