• Yes Geek Squad should be able to remove the hard drive from this and connect it to a adapter to retrieve the information , you will need to purchase another external terabyte hard drive to move all your information to , depends if the hard drive is still good or it got fried also , geek squad should be able to remove it to test it before you buy another drive
