• It will work with some of the games. Some of the newer games for series S/X require the game to be on an SSD to play. You can store them on this hard drive, but to play them, you have to move them to the system.

• It does work with the Xbox series. I have the S and it does the job just fine. You will notice a difference in loading times from the games downloaded in the internal ssd of the console and this external hd but it’s not painfully long or anything like that. Also there wasn’t any problems with the graphics, haven’t noticed anything different from games on ssd and hd. Hope this helps
